I had began my skin care journey around 13 with acne. All through my teens, I tried various prescriptions and topical meds. After high school I still struggled with acne and it became very cystic. I tried all different skin care products in all price ranges. Nothing worked! Many made it worse. I eventually used Accutane at 19. It worked for a while but had all the side effects, expensive, and monthly blood draws. My skin cleared for about 2 years and began the acne cycle all over again. I sought out an esthetician who helped my acne severity but didn’t clear all the way. I had to have painful extractions monthly, and peels to try to reduce all the scarring. I moved to TN later and began looking for a new esthetician. Armor Beauty opened and Amber began taking care of my skin. I began with monthly facials customized to my condition and skin type.
